Thank you for supporting Ruth’s campaign.

The Municipal Elections Act requires us to collect information from campaign contributors so that contributions can be properly recorded and a receipt issued.

Step 1: Complete the donor information form below.

Once you submit the form, Ruth’s campaign will email you the information needed to make your contribution by e-transfer. A campaign contribution receipt will be provided for your records.

Please note:

• Only individuals who are residents of Ontario may contribute.
• Contributions may not exceed $1,200.
• Anonymous contributions are not permitted.
• Contributions over $25 cannot be made in cash and must be made by a traceable method such as e-transfer.
• Corporations and trade unions may not contribute to municipal candidates.

Campaign contribution receipts are not tax receipts.
